When Darren isn’t in the office, he enjoys spending time crappie fishing in Bayou DeSaird. He joined our agency in 1999 after being in the financial industry since 1991. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Northeast Louisiana University.

Kelli W. Hays

Kelli has been a valued member of the agency since 2018, serving as our Human Resources and Hiring Manager. She is passionate about helping build a strong team culture and takes pride in knowing her work helps guide local families in a meaningful direction by preparing them for life's unexpected moments. Kelli brings an impressive educational background to her role, holding a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University, a master's degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Tech University. Her expertise in human behavior, education, and relationships helps her foster a positive environment for both employees and customers.
